Ball Machine Rental
Terms and Conditions

By renting and using the ball machine, the renter agrees to the following terms and conditions.
1. Eligibility
The ball machine may only be rented by individuals aged 18 years and above.
Users under 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
The renter is responsible for all persons using the ball machine during the rental period.
2. Rental Duration
Rental is valid only for the booked time slot.
The machine must be returned immediately after the rental period ends.
Late returns may incur additional rental charges if they affect subsequent bookings.
3. Equipment Collection & Return
The machine must be collected from and returned to the designated collection point.
The renter must notify staff immediately if any damage or malfunction is noticed before use.
Upon return, the machine will be inspected by club staff.
4. Proper Use
The renter agrees to:
Use the machine only on designated padel courts.
Operate the machine according to the instructions provided by the club.
Use only the balls provided or approved by the club.
Not modify, dismantle, or attempt to repair the machine.
Not move the machine off club premises.
Keep food and drinks away from the machine.
5. Damage & Liability
The renter is responsible for any loss or damage resulting from:
Misuse
Negligence
Unauthorised modification
Failure to follow operating instructions
The club reserves the right to charge the renter the full cost of repair or replacement where damage is determined to be caused by misuse or negligence.
Normal wear and tear will not be charged.
6. Lost or Missing Accessories
The ball machine must be returned with all accessories provided, including but not limited to:
Remote control
Battery/charger
Power cable
Ball hopper or basket
Any other accessories issued during collection
Replacement charges may apply for any lost, missing, or damaged accessories.
7. Safety
The renter agrees to:
Read and follow all operating instructions before use.
Ensure all players remain at a safe distance while the machine is operating.
Switch off the machine before retrieving balls from in front of the launcher.
Stop using the machine immediately if any malfunction occurs and inform club staff.
The club is not responsible for injuries arising from improper or unsafe use of the equipment.
8. Payment
Payment for ball machine rentals must be made at the time of booking.
Wallet credits cannot be used to pay, either in full or in part, for bookings that include a ball machine rental or any other add-on.
The club reserves the right to amend the accepted payment methods at its discretion.
9. Cancellation and Rain Policy
Rental fees are non-refundable once the rental session has commenced.
Ball machine rentals are subject to the club's Court Booking Rain Policy.
In the event of a rainout, refunds will be provided in accordance with the prevailing Court Booking Rain Policy.
If the ball machine becomes unavailable due to equipment malfunction before the session begins, the renter may choose a full refund or reschedule the booking, subject to availability.
All eligible refunds will be issued as credits to your account wallet. Cash refunds will not be provided under any circumstances.
10. Club Rights
The club reserves the right to:
Refuse rental to anyone who does not follow these Terms & Conditions.
Terminate the rental without refund if the machine is used improperly or unsafely.
Remove the machine from use for maintenance or safety reasons.
11. Changes to Terms
Prime Padel reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms at any time.
12. Limitation of Liability
Mint Media Sports and Prime Padel shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the ball machine.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through arbitration or the courts of Singapore.
