Terms and Conditions

Registration & Payment

1. A non-refundable registration fee is required for each participant upon enrolment, unless the event is cancelled by the organiser.

2. Full payment for both participants must be made to confirm registration. Partial payments will not be accepted. Prime Padel is not responsible for collecting or coordinating individual payments between participants.

3. Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

4. Only joint pair registrations are accepted. The organisers are not responsible for pairing participants or arranging partners.

5. No refunds will be granted if a participant registers without a partner.

6. If a category is fully subscribed, participants may join the waiting list. Payment will be requested by Prime Hosts should a spot become available.

7. Prime Padel reserves the right to cancel or reject submissions if a category is already full. Any payment made in such cases will be refunded to the original payment method.

Attendance & Cancellations

1. Once registration is submitted, no refunds will be provided, regardless of attendance.

2. In the event cancellation by the organiser due to unforeseen circumstances, a credit or refund will be offered at the organiser's discretion.

Wet Weather Policy

1. The event will proceed in wet weather. A modified format may be implemented if necessary.

2. No refunds will be issued due to weather-related adjustments.

   
   

Pair Assignment

1. Requests for changes to pairing may be submitted by 3 March 2026, after which all pair assignments will be deemed final.

2. Any changes requested after this date must be made in writing and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Playing Level

1. All participants must register using their accurate and current playing level, based on their Playtomic level or Prime Padel level.

2. Participants are required to upload a screenshot of their Playtomic or Prime Padel level from the respective mobile app during registration as verification. The screenshot must clearly display the participant’s name. Failure to provide valid proof may result in rejection of the registration.

3. Playing levels are accepted at the point of registration upon submission of valid photographic proof.

4. The organiser reserves the right to review, validate, and assess all submitted levels and determine whether a pair is eligible to compete in the registered category.

5. If any participant is found to have misrepresented or inaccurately declared their playing level, the organiser may, at its sole discretion:

   • Reassign the pair to a different category, or

   • Disqualify the pair from the tournament.

6. No refunds will be issued in cases of reassignment or disqualification resulting from inaccurate level declarations.

Medical & Emergency

1. Participants must declare any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs prior to the event.

2. In the event of an emergency, the event team will provide basic first aid and contact medical services when required.

Code of Conduct

1. All participants are expected to behave respectfully and comply with instruction from event staff.

2. The organiser reserves the right to remove any participants for disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behaviour.

3. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

Attire & Equipment

1. Participants must wear appropriate sports attire and non-marking court shoes.

2. Participants are required to bring their own Padel equipment.

3. Shower access on-site is limited. Participants are advised to bring a towel and a change of clothes.

Personal Belongings

1. Participants should look after their belongings.

2. Prime Padel shall not be held liable for any loss or damage.

Photography & Media

1. Photographs and videos may be captured during the event for internal documentation and promotional purposes, including marketing and social media.

2. Participation in the tournament constitutes consent to the use of such media.

Liability Waiver

1. Participation is at the participant's own risk.

2. The organisers and venue shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during the event.
