Prime League
Terms and Conditions
Registration & Payment
Participants may register for one category only.
Full payment for both participants must be made to confirm registration. Partial payments will not be accepted.
Prime Padel is not responsible for collecting or coordinating individual payments between participants.
Places are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Registrations must be submitted as a complete pair. Prime Padel is not responsible for pairing participants or arranging partners.
No refunds will be provided if a participant registers without a confirmed partner.
If a category is fully subscribed, participants may join the waiting list. Payment will only be collected if a place becomes available and the registration is accepted.
Prime Padel reserves the right to reject or cancel registrations if a category is full or if the registration does not meet the league requirements. Any payment collected in such cases will be refunded to the original payment method.
Category Placement
Participants must register using their accurate and current playing level.
Each participant is required to upload a screenshot of their current playing level from Playtomic, Prime, or another accepted platform during registration. The screenshot must clearly display the participant's name.
Failure to provide valid proof of playing level may result in the registration being rejected.
Playing levels will be assessed based on the information and supporting documents submitted at the time of registration.
The Organiser reserves the right to review, validate and assess all submitted rankings and determine whether a pair is eligible for the selected category.
To ensure fair and competitive play, if a participant is found to have misrepresented or inaccurately declared their playing level, the Organiser may, at its sole discretion:
Reassign the pair to a different category; or
Disqualify the pair from the league.
No refunds will be issued in cases of reassignment or disqualification resulting from inaccurate or misleading level declarations.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Once the league draw has been published, registration cancellations will not be accepted and no refunds will be provided, except where expressly stated under the Refund Policy.
If a team cancels a scheduled match within 72 hours of the scheduled match time, the match will be recorded as a walkover (6–0, 6–0) in favour of the opposing team.
Requests to reschedule a match must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled match and are subject to court availability.
No-shows without prior notice may result in expulsion from the league without refund.
Replacement and Substitution
Requests for partner changes may be submitted up to 28 August 2026, before registration closes. After this date, all teams will be considered final.
Any partner change requested after this date must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
If a player is unable to continue due to injury during the league, they may nominate a substitute for the remainder of the season, subject to the Organiser's approval.
The substitute player's playing level must be comparable to that of the original player. The level variance must not exceed 0.5.
The Organiser reserves the right to reject any proposed substitute who does not meet the league's eligibility or playing-level requirements.
Wet Weather Policy
If rain prevents play from commencing, the match will be postponed to another date.
If rain occurs within the first 60 minutes of the scheduled match before two sets have been completed, the match will be cancelled and rescheduled.
If two or more sets have been completed, the score at the point of suspension will stand as the final result, regardless of the elapsed match time.
Refund Policy
Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:
The participant withdraws before registration closes on 28 August 2026.
The league is cancelled by the Organiser before commencement.
Withdrawal requests submitted after 28 August 2026 will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the Organiser's approval. The Organiser reserves the right to approve or reject any refund request made after this date.
No refunds will be issued once the league fixtures have been published or the league has commenced. This includes withdrawals due to injury, illness, travel plans, scheduling conflicts, personal commitments, or any other personal circumstances.
No full or partial refunds, credits, or make-up matches will be provided for missed matches, withdrawals, disqualifications, or failure to complete the league, except where expressly stated in these Terms & Conditions.
League Cancellation
If the Organiser cancels the league before commencement, all registration fees will be refunded in full.
If the league is interrupted after commencement due to unforeseen circumstances, the Organiser may, at its sole discretion, provide a partial refund or credit.
No additional compensation will be payable.
Force Majeure
The Organiser shall not be liable for any cancellation, postponement, delay, or disruption caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, government restrictions, public health measures, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.
No refunds, credits, compensation, or other remedies shall be payable in such circumstances except at the Organiser's sole discretion.
League Format
The organiser reserves the right to amend the league format, schedule, fixtures, divisions, venues or playing dates where reasonably necessary for operational, administrative, safety or other legitimate reasons.
Rules and Decisions
The Organiser reserves the right to interpret and apply these Terms & Conditions and the League Rules.
The Organiser's decisions on all league matters, including player eligibility, category placement, substitutions, scheduling, disputes, and disciplinary matters, shall be final.

The Organiser reserves the right to verify membership eligibility and reject any discount claim that does not meet these Terms & Conditions.

All participants are expected to behave respectfully towards fellow players, staff, officials, and other persons at the venue.

Participation in the Prime League is at the participant's own risk.
To the extent permitted by law, the Organiser and venue shall not be liable for any injury, illness, loss, damage, or expense sustained or incurred in connection with participation in the league.
