Kids Summer Camp
Terms and Conditions

Registration & Payment


  1. A non-refundable registration fee is required for each child upon enrolment, unless the camp is cancelled by the club.

  2. Full payment must be made to confirm registration

  3. Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

  4. No refunds will be issued for missed sessions, no-shows, or cancellations made less than 7 days before the camp start date.


Attendance & Cancellations


  1. There will be no pro-rated fees or make-up sessions for missed days or late arrivals.

  2. No refunds will be provided once the camp has started, regardless of attendance.

  3. In the event of camp cancellation by the organizer due to unforeseen circumstances, a credit or refund will be offered.


Wet Weather Policy


  1. The camp will continue in wet weather. Modified activities or alternative covered areas will be used if necessary.

  2. No refunds will be issued due to weather-related adjustments.


Group Assignment


  1. The organizers reserve the right to assign or reassign participants to groups based on age, skill level, behavior, or other camp logistics.

  2. Requests for group changes will be considered but are not guaranteed.


Medical & Emergency


  1. Parents/guardians must declare any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs prior to camp.

  2. In case of emergency, the camp team will administer first aid and contact emergency services and the parent/guardian.


Code of Conduct


  1. All participants are expected to behave respectfully and follow staff instructions.

  2. The camp reserves the right to remove any child from the program for disruptive or unsafe behavior. No refund will be given in such cases.


Drop-off & Pick-up


  1. Camp runs for 3 hours daily. Parents must ensure punctual drop-off and pick-up.

  2. Only authorized persons may collect the child; ID may be required.


Attire & Equipment


  1. Participants must wear suitable sportswear and non-marking court shoes.

  2. Padel equipment will be provided unless otherwise communicated.


Photography & Media


  1. Photos and videos may be taken during the camp for internal use and promotional purposes.

  2. Parents who do not wish for their child to be photographed must inform us in writing prior to the camp.


Liability Waiver


Participation is at your own risk. The organizers, coaches, and venue are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damage sustained during the camp.
