Prime Plus
Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: 1 February 2025
1. Acceptance of Terms
Prime Plus is a play-more-save-more program. By purchasing or activating Prime Plus, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions as set out by Prime Padel. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not register for or use Prime Plus or any related services.
Prime Padel reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of Prime Plus after any changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
2. Eligibility
Prime Plus is available to individuals who:
· Are at least 18 years of age.
· Provide accurate and complete registration information.
· Comply with all applicable laws, club rule, and policies set by Prime Padel.
3. Account Registration
To register for Prime Plus, you must create an account on Prime Padel app, and provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
4. Prime Plus Benefits
Prime Plus entitles you to the following benefits:
Exclusive access to selected content, services and facilities.
Subscriber-only discounts, offers and promotions.
One complimentary all-day 60-minute court play session.
Optional add-ons, including Prime Passport and Parking Privileges.
Specific terms governing the complimentary play session, Prime Passport and Parking Privileges are set out below.
Prime Padel reserves the right to amend, suspend or replace any complimentary services or benefits, including those provided by third-party partners, at its discretion and without prior notice.
5. Prime Plus Fees
The Prime Plus annual fee is $350, payable via PayNow. Credit card payments may also be accepted. Prime Plus may be purchased in person, via email, WhatsApp or through the Prime Padel mobile app.
All Prime Plus fees are subject to change at Prime Padel’s discretion and without prior notice.
6. Duration of Prime Plus
Prime Plus commences on the date of purchase and is valid for one (1) year.
Prime Padel reserves the right to amend perks and benefits at any time without prior notice. Members are responsible for reviewing updated benefits before renewal. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
7. Cancellation and Termination
Prime Plus may be cancelled at any time and, unless extended, expires 12 months from activation.
Prime Padel reserves the right to suspend or terminate Prime Plus access for any reason, including but not limited to:
Providing false or misleading information during registration or use of services
Engaging in abusive, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour
Failure to pay applicable membership fees or charges
8. No Refunds
Prime Plus fees are strictly non-refundable. You are encouraged to review all Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing Prime Plus. For any clarification or assistance, please contact a member of our staff.
9. Non-Transferable
Prime Plus and all associated benefits are personal and non-transferable, and may only be used by the registered subscriber.
10. Complimentary All-Day 60-Minute Play Session
Each Prime Plus subscriber is entitled to one (1) complimentary all-day 60-minute play session, valid for use within 12 months from activation. Any unused session are forfeited upon expiry. Each Prime Plus renewal includes one complimentary session, subject to the benefits in effect at the time of renewal.
This complimentary session may be redeemed at any Prime Padel location with no restrictions to peak or non-peak hours, subject to availability.
Standard booking terms apply. No refunds will be provided for no-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking time.
11. 10% Off Full Court Bookings
Prime Plus subscribers enjoy 10% off full court bookings during peak hours only. This benefit does not apply during non-peak hours.

12. 10% Off Open Group Lessons
Prime Plus subscribers receive 10% off eligible pay-as-you-go Open Group Lessons booked via the Prime Padel mobile app.

Prime Padel reserves the right to determine which lessons. are eligible for this discount.
13. 10% Off Private Lessons
Prime Plus subscribers enjoy 10% off One-on-One or Pair Private Lessons, bookable via the Prime Padel app or through Prime hosts.
Prime Plus subscribers also enjoy 10% off eight (8) Private Group Lesson sessions booked via Prime hosts, valid for 12 months from activation. Any unused sessions are forfeited upon expiry. Each renewal includes a new set of eight (8) discounted sessions, subject to the benefits in effect at the time of renewal.

14. Parking Privilege
The Parking Privilege is priced at $80 and includes 10 all-day parking entries at Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel, at a preferential rate of $8 per entry.
Lost parking passes will not be replaced. Expired passes must be exchanged within one month of expiry, after which an additional fee may apply.
15. Prime Passport
The Prime Passport is an advanced booking privilege available exclusive only to Prime Plus subscribers and is released four times a year (once per quarter).
The Prime Passport includes 12 x 90-minute court sessions (total 18 hours) booked in advanced over a three (3) months period. Sessions are secured on the same day and time each week, providing guaranteed, hassle-free play.
All Prime Passport sessions must be booked directly with a Prime Host and cannot be booked via the app or website. A prepayment of $1,800 is required to confirm and secure the courts.
You are advised to contact the Prime Host to reschedule or cancel any Prime Passport sessions. Rescheduling is subjected to court availability. Sessions cancelled due to inclement weather may be rescheduled within the same three (3)-month validity period.
Any unused sessions will be released on the app for Prime Plus subscribers to book under the standard 14-day advance booking window.
Each Prime Plus subscriber may purchase a Prime Passport up to twice per membership year. After purchasing a Passport, you must wait two quarters before applying again.
Prime Passports are offered in limited quantities and Prime Padel reserves the right to decline purchases once capacity is reached.
Prime Padel reserves the right to modify, amend or discontinue any aspect of the Prime Passport at its discretion, with or without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately unless otherwise stated.

17. Merchandise Discount
Prime Plus subscribers are entitled to 10% discount on Prime Padel merchandise. This discount does not apply to partner merchandise sold in the Pro Shop.
Prime Padel reserves the right to determine eligible merchandise and to amend or withdraw this benefit at any time without prior notice.
18. Complimentary Rental Racket and Disposable Towel
Each Prime Plus subscriber is entitled to one (1) complimentary rental racket and one (1) disposable towel per visit.
19. Intellectual Property
All content provided through Prime Plus is the property of Mint Media Sports and may not be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
20. Privacy and Data Protection
By becoming a Prime Plus subscriber, you consent to the collection, use and processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
21. Changes to Terms
Prime Padel reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms at any time. Subscribers will be notified if any modifications affect their Prime Plus rights or benefits.
22. Limitation of Liability
Mint Media Sports and Prime Padel shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of Prime Plus services or benefits.
23. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these Terms or Prime Plus will be resolved through arbitration or the courts of Singapore.
